FINRA says otherwise. FUSZ is listed as one of the companies with naked short positions. Doesn't sound or appear to by a myth.

http://otce.finra.org/RegSHO

Pursuant to Rule 203(b)(3) of Regulation SHO and FINRA Rule 4320, a participant of a registered clearing agency (i.e., a clearing firm), that has a fail to deliver position at a registered clearing agency (i.e., National Securities Clearing Corporation) in a Threshold Security for 13 consecutive settlement days must immediately close out that fail to deliver position by purchasing shares of like kind and quantity. (Please click the below Information icon for more details about the Threshold Security).

No one would ever know if there are any naked short shares that is also a serious myth. How can anyone guess what MM's do throughout the day maybe borrowing a few share on a run and buying them back on a dip. Most MM's that do this and there are not many cover the same day! I did what I was asked to do. I have to go I am late. It is all there if you want facts! People need to blame day traders and flippers for the most part for the action we see here. During times of dilution it is the fault of the dilutors.
