Right "AS remains at 750M" when managament could have raised it to back this loan, without share holder approval.

BUT THEY DIDN'T Did they?

Management sacrificed their 210 million shares for the BENEFIT of the common share holder.

Dilution will continue as it has with every company that ever went public.
