SeeYakib is 100% right. As I remember it, Mr. Prakash had a very serious problem communicating with shareholders. We would just want simple consideration, just basic info from time to time , but there was absolutely no way he was going to do anything of the kind.

Finally, it was a day in late August one year where he was going to hae a live conference with shareholders, which he did.People had so many valid questions to which answers were long over due. He announced at that time that new contracts were being signed for his services, that things were looking very much up and all of the recent hard work that kept him from talking to anybody in any substantive way was starting to finally pay off. he seemed genuinely excited. I was one of his biggest defenders , if not investors.
I later found it was on this very day that he was setting himself up in some sort of fertilizer business in his home state and he was going to leave Tivus without looking back and without leaving anyone in the driver's seat.
By the time this was found out, the stock was at triple naught with no prayer of recovery. Many good investors watched Tivus quietly go belly up.

I believe in Mt. Prakash's mind that all of this is just the simple risk one takes when buying stocks and if Natural Tek ever goes public he will count on at least several hundred investors buying positions in his new venture. I will not be one of them even if it is the next Apple. If he ever had a shred of remorse for so badly treating and misleading his investors, I never saw evidence of it.

Being silent is one thing and it is bad enough when a company will not extend to its shareholders the information for which they have a right, but when the company lies through its teeth to make a quick getaway out the back door, that's a much lower act. It points directly to the character of the man. I will not be party to it. Ever.
