SIGO has rarely traded more than 100 thousand volume in the past six months. The usual day's volume is usually less than 50 thousand. So in terms of dollar volume, one can't say the traders and investors (a term I use loosely) aren't shelling it out for this scam of a reefer ticker.
The Nasdaq's third tier, the AMEX can be just as bad, and last but not least, the OTC, it seems, are financial venues that reward failure.
