What I read was SIGO had a license revoked for third party distribution. Apparently California reefer regulations won't allow distribution by a third party.

FWIW: After the Trump Reefer Decree the OTC scam reefer stocks rallied. Then they drifted back. Chuck Schumer's legislation provided a slight boost. Then they drifted south again.

The then upcoming legal reefer in California boosted many OTC scam reefer tickers beginning in early fall 2017. By early January, they headed south, giving up 25 to 95 percent.

Up ahead is the legal reefer law that becomes effective in July in Massachusetts. Perhaps that will stir the gonads of OTC reefer traders.

The Nasdaq's third tier, the AMEX can be just as bad, and last but not least, the OTC, it seems, are financial venues that reward failure.
