These cryogenic plots are not real test data, just estimated.
You proved it when you sent the link of their actual test data that was only room temp. You even said they do not have this test equipment.

Why don't you ask AmpliTech? Ask them if they tested the product at 4 Kelvin. Ask them where this data they posted comes from?
Just ask and prove me wrong. Very easy

But when they tell you NO. Never tested. Please let us all know.
Unfortunately the answer you will get is NO (Never Tested). Just a best guess.

There is 1 LNA that exists. But who knows the real data?
For sure AmpliTech does not. They cannot even test it.

These are untested LNA's and the rest do not even exist.
Time will prove this out. And very quickly.
