phase 2 seems to be about 10000 sq ft including tents. 4-5000 for open grow. Phase 3 doesn't look to be getting an open grow, but processing rooms and a kitchen for production. They need to do better and get this right. Lights are hung to high unless they plan to go two level, which is not in play.
