It is the exact same news that was put out through Globenewswire.com.
Globenewswire.com is a news service. You pay them to print an article for you then they have it releases through news feeds. WSJ is one of those newsfeeds as is OTC markets, E-Trade, TD Ameritrade, etc, etc. Even local news sites will decimate the news if you pay for that service at globenewswire.com.
You do realize that around a dozen fake news releases have gone through Globenewswire.com in the past few months right? And those were also circulated through news feeds.
Just off the top of my head we have:
DKSC (1/26/18), WGAS (1/26/18), PTAH (1/25/18), FROT (1/25/18), IBGR (12/18/17), EMBR (1/16/18), TNKE (3/15/18), AMPG (4/10/18), NHPI (4/10/18), ZNTR (4/25/18)
The problem is that pay to print news services like Globenewswire.com have no real system for venting the legitimacy of the news. Anybody can pay and put out news for any company they want. I'm just shocked after months of this happening over and over that they haven't done anything to improve their news service system.
