Can you help me understand this? If APR is so successful, which we wanted since it's a PHIL subsidiary, they are now going to spin off and list it? I understand that we get a "dividend" but wouldn't we rather have the revenue going to PHIL to drive that stock price up? Seems like a negative, unless I just don't get this...
