It does show that someone from SIGO is monitoring this board closely unless it was a huge coincidence that it was uncovered and then SIGO filed that 8K within an hour.

Which in turn shows they are ignoring everything else deeming other issues as not as important as this one appears to be.
Like where is the 10k

Is it illegal to withhold such information which may or may not have a drastic affect on the share price?
I have no clue as I am not a lawyer
