Im pretty sure at this point currently the $0.018 order with 16009 is a fake wall. The 9 being the MM signal at the end.

Ive seen the past couple weeks a few orders hit that but just come in at 0.0179 over and over with the 0.018 order not decreasing.

So an MM is holding this down right now. I would imagine it would take a large order to move that order because the MM would then be terribly short. (it could be a large retail seller that needs their order out, if this is the case then a large order will get rid of those).

We need new money in this stock.

Random 10k purchase yesterday opening up the bollingers a bit on some of the charts.
