Does BIEL still use E&E communications (Paul K) for their PR/IR?

I ask since I emailed Paul a week ago with a serious question that if true could impact the stock price and have not had any response from him (or the company).

There has to be a channel for shareholder questions as well as a person or company responsible for updating the web site publishing news when the news is real and so forth.

We know the web site does get updated - Presidents letter for example - but is it that E&E are no more or just sleeping on the job?
