Hi Rose ...wow , nicotine is such a terrible addiction . Some say worse then heroin.

Its not easy but following on Raf's post ....Nuke if U are reading this ....try and only have healthy foods you like , in the house .
My diet is not that different from Raf's ( no fibbing ) ....just no eggs ( only egg whites ) , no veggie burgers ....grilled Salmon instead ...and no shakes ( come on Dude ...)

I thought of writing something about the risks of "round tripping "......you know ...buying 20,000 shares at say $1.50 ( $30,000 ) ...watching that run to $4.50 a share ( position now worth $90,000 ) ....but refusing to take even enough of the table to cover initial cost when Kennedy / Ketchum sold in Jan ......holding no matter what and then JL's prediction of 90% chance of R-IT success doesn't pan out ...position back to less then $1 a share

Round tripping .....It happens all the time , when investors forget to sell enough on the run up, to cover their initial investment .
But Rose , I'm sure you won't make that mistake
