Mathematically, that makes absolutely no sense. If the AS is 350,00,000 and if the crazy, cock-eyed, totally erroneous theory of buying shares to gain voting control were correct; 175,000,001 would be the most needed ... and that is only if every single share were voted. Which, of course, would never happen ... and that assumes that everyone, but Adelstein would vote against him; and I can assure you that, that nutty notion is way out of line.

Preposterous and tragically laughable ... and dangerous to shareholders financial health.
