There's a funny story to Trammel. 15 million shares. He bailed MAXD and then got 'Halperned' LOL

In 2017 o was that 16? No matter. While Halpern was diluting this to death. Apearently Globex, the transfer agent, told Hapern, Trammel wanted his 15 mil share.

So, while Halpern was hyping this pig, dumping 100's of millions share. They sneek up on Trammel, sue Globex for a hold, restraint preventing release of share the second filed. Halpern pleads to the court that; Oh help! Trammel wants to dump 15 million share, it'll destroy MAXD!"

Yet, obviously Halpern never showed this court the books, right there at the SEC. 100's of million shares, dump dump dump dump, and so, He got the court to let trammel dump about 100 bucks a week.. LOL

What you wanna bet that, Trammel got took because he had no clue what a pitch and switch clown Halpern is.

As for superiority in sound, what?, so can Dolby, so many many others across the globe. and I bet that's what 2010 academy awards said to the hired hand $3 mil bucks, Willam shatner too.

That result is proved, dead money now for 8 years.
