An "uplist" will allow a greater investor pool. But believe it or not, that same new crowd will actually read those financial statements. They will not be swayed by hearing "AMFE to the moon" ten thousand times.

An implication, intended or otherwise, that an Audit itself will bring in new investors is unfounded at best. If it shows that Roger has been full of BS, it might even create a run on the market.

Roger needs to file the Audit, not talk about it, and it needs to substantiate his representations in order to attract these "new investors" that have been "unable" to participate to date because there has been no audit.

It would take a lot of balls to invest a lot of money or, say, start a franchise, without seeing an audit first.
