GRAND-SCALE SUCCESS for MAXD is VIRTUALLY GUARANTEED! Okay, that's just my opinion of course, but I'll explain why in a moment after I say a few words about the individuals running the company, since there seems to be quite a few posts to paint them as con-artists, scammers, etc.

The nature of startups is such that over 90% of them fail, plain and simple. So for an entrepreneur who raises money, pitches an idea and attempts to succeed, failure is the likely outcome.

And of course that's when they start getting their terrible labels because maybe someone lost some money and can't deal with it, so they continually blame the CEO and/or company.

Of course some characters are shadier than others, but many con-artists and criminals have proven that they can turn their lives around, and in the case of a business hustle, maybe it actually turns out to be a successful venture, even if by accident.

If you don't believe it, go research how many gang-bangers, murderers and thieves are now productive members of society. My point is that past bad behavior doesn't preclude someone from success in the future.

Okay, but now the more important...the reason I think MAXD will succeed on a massive scale. First of all, it's the nature of the technology, using physics based code, instead of expensive, heavier, and space consuming electronics, to achieve their results.

The technology is not only brilliant, but the company has been issued 18 patents total. Somebody is going to want that in a bad way. Is it because of the great improvement in audio and voice? Yes, they'll want that. Is it because of the voice security? Yes, they'll want that. But what they'll really want, more likel need, is the cost savings associated with the technology!

Ever time I read about the file size being dramatically smaller, the revenue bells go off. But before I continue, get warmed up with this article about cell phone carriers.

Here's why cell carriers freak out when you use your unlimited data.

Okay, so it's as simple and compelling as this. It costs those cell phone carriers, or whoever else transmits a lot of data over the airwaves or the internet, a frick'in boatload of money for the licenses or transmission costs. Data transfer costs are hyper expensive for these behemoth companies.

So given that MAXD's patented technology can either maintain the same voice or audio quality while reducing file size, or greatly improve the quality while maintaining or to a lesser degree reducing the file size, these big behemoth companies aren't just going to want our technology, they're going to need it!!!!

Just pick any number for any company, $1 million, $10 million a month perhaps, and by gaining access to MAXD's technology, they might shave 10%, 20%, etc., off their bill. They won't be able not to use it, especially if one of their competitors bites first, giving them a competitive cost advantage.

Perhaps a bidding war might even commence for MAXD. Just try and find me a good reason why saving millions of dollars per year for any company wouldn't compel at least several of them not to implement this patented technology...ASAP. As long as the company is on solid legal ground and has verifiable patents, it's game on!

Could very well become a true monster play in the making!

Oh, and for those who don't know, Dolby Laboratories did over a billion in sales last year. Who would ever believe that? Maybe they'll even want to buy MAXD.
