I used a written ledger for years before Quicken came along allowing me to move my ledger to the desktop. It don't require a bank and neither does the IRS.
In all reality how many cash transactions did SIGO have?
The auditors have had more than an entire day per transaction.
Probably more like an entire week or better per transaction.
If it takes that long because of the 'cash' nature of the business, they need a new auditor
