Today, the Supreme Court strengthened SFORs patent . . .

That supreme court decision, is a victory for SFOR hot off the press.

Honestly SFOR /Ropes and Grey already felt they would win the appeal.

However, today's decision just made the appeal judges decision a whole lot easier . The Appeals court has no choice now, but to decide in favor of reinstating SFORs patent that has already been ruled valid by the Patent Trial and Appeal board. Would the appeal court go against today's supreme court decision? Nah don't think so.

The supreme court ruled ; The Patent Trial and Appeal Board has constitutional authority to validate or invalidate a Patent. They already validated all of SFORs 54 claims, and YES that includes claim #53 that Kronstat decided to dismiss SFORs patent on.

SFOR's utility patent has been validated 2 times by the Patent Trial and appeal board USPTO/PTAB!

Will the appeal court allow Kronstat's lower court to overturn a legal entity USPTO/PTAB that has constitutional authority and has already determined SFORs patent is legal,


Are we going to have a constitutional crises here? no-way!

Will the appeal court support a decision from a lower court (Kronstat who did not follow the law in his decision)a judge who is less qualified to judge Patents than the USPTO/PTAB, where Patents is what they do ?


Expect all party's to SFORs laws suits now and in the future to expedite settlements .

SFORs patent law suits just became incontestable, unbeatable !
