We expect the budget for the that retro fit to be between $1,800,000 and $2,000,000.
And that is only for the 32K sq ft greenhouse they have mentioned several times in the past.

The current one of 12K sq ft (my opinion) is another bundle of money
(the current greenhouse) to cost approximately $600,000-$900,000.
