lets look at past history, Microsoft settlement was under NDA we know for a fact. SFOR still filed an 8k on the microsoft settlement as it was required. you can go look for yourself. Even under NDA one must file an 8k

Yes they filed an 8K after. I never said before. Once the case was settled they filed the 8K. Note the NDA was not for the settlement amount but for the actual terms of the settlement. We can start that whole discussion again if you want.
