MW will never do a reverse split. On the other hand SA may do a
reverse split. However, he would have to get control of IFUS
to do that.
Before that happens he would have to buy at least 200 Million shares
of stock in the open market. IFUS stock would probably run to over a nickel if that happened.
On that move IFUS shareholders could get out if they desired with a
nice PROFIT.

If that does not happen IFUS shareholders will be in the same boat
they are in now.
