There are no Safe Harbor Trust Agreements but rather only Trust Agreements between the SPE's and the Trusts. Safe Harbor is an FDIC rule that automatically protects assets from seizure to protect investors. Once the process of isolating the assets from the bankrupt/issuing entity, the assets are protected. No formal agreement is required for protection.
