That didn’t answer my question, dina. There were quite a few statements made - One being:

“they only need to file 10-12G/A and then can continue to file as a sec registrant. Not so difficult! “

And

“they only need to take form 15 back and then can continue”

I’m merely asking if those are factual statements you’ve provided? And if so, do you have some documentation to support them? I believe both to be inaccurate.
