10-12G and NOT 10-12G/A.
The point is, is form 10-12G incorrect in order to become a fully reporting company after a company deregistered, yes or no?
If the answer is no, then there is nothing to discuss, because i said form 10-12G is required and after it a company can continue to file their Q, 10k...
This was the reason i posted today that i did not mean the Amendment.
I should post 10-12G in previous posts and i corrected it today already and then i see previous statements....
Still also the Amendment is not really incorrect, because it´s about the same form. I don´t understand why this statement needs to be discussed. Its not like i posted a complete wrong form.
