I don’t need examples, dina - I already understand the purpose of the form. What I am asking to see is the original 10-12G to which you referred, please provide a link to that filing for this particular issue.

How can an amendment to a document be filed unless there is an original document to amend?

Form 10-12G Initial general form for registration of a class of securities pursuant to section 12(g) is the form which is required in order to become a fully reporting company after a company deregistered.

I posted only the Amendment of form 10-12G in previous posts.
I don´t need to discuss an Amendment. The point was 10-12G Is required and this was called incorrect
