Remember that Delek is entitled to buy up to 20% of the company and this could be done by issuing shares, otherwise they have to force us to sell it. I think its easier to rise the AS now rather when we have found something, and even if those shares are not reserved for Delek in the future I think its normal to rise AS given the nature of this company and the markets. The RS is very positive since it implies that we are on our way to a better listing and/or a wider range of shareholders.
