Smart people here. Not even a guess?

I'd be willing to make a guess based on what I know so far (which many have pointed out is not really all that much). But I'm not going to stick my neck out and say something foolish if no one else is willing to guess.

BTW, it seems that some here don't know that SIGO has already notified the SEC in an 8-K filing that their ultimate goal in this project is to sell the operations after about 3 years of development. That was about one year ago now.

So according to that timeline, SIGO still has about another 2 years before the majority owners go for a sale of the company.

Of course we all know that they can always change their mind.
