No advantage no. If the company had significant cash reserves to do a buyback then yes it would provide additional catalyst. However, announcing a buyback with no cash reserves is sign #1 of a scam IMO. An effort to pump the share price for the purpose of selling shares if you will. Not the case here thankfully

Trade OTC's with charts, INVEST in big board stocks on fundamentals. Don't confuse the two!
