I’m not sure if the late filing would have triggered immediate conversion or not but I’m leaning to not as the company had a late filing for the 3rd quarter of 2017 which triggered a cease trade order from the BCSC and a stop sign on the otc in December 2017, And those notes did not immediately convert. Unless the terms are on for annual reports.
Frankly all we can do is speculate as we are not privy to this info.

But in worst case scenario if they all were triggered and converted as you believe we would be looking at 194 million more shares added to the OS

If we convert the April 30th note at the lowest traded price in the last 25 days (.0028) then that would only be
38 million shares added to the OS. Which is nothing really but the optics of it and having BMIC hanging around for the summer would not be beneficial to the pps
