Although I don’t believe the company has paid off any of the notes, I also don’t believe the dilution is “huge”

It’s simply something we will deal with.

It’s almost done.

I do believe the late filing triggered an immediate conversion clause though and thus why BMIC was back on the ask the same day the 10k was filed.

Just my opinion and it changes nothing with the notes or the amounts of shares I feel will be added.
