Very possible......

The conversion if it did occurr last week very well could be less than 40 million shares.

Either way conversion or no conversion last week the brokerage network was adding BIGGLY to go along with several of us long term investors!!!.

However I wouldn't be surprised at all if a small portion of the loan was used to pay the note off in advance!

Either way this is going to be good!!!

Sooner than later!!!
