Thanks worthylion. That says a lot of information about the deal. I have time to vote and would like to make the right decision based on facts. I did not like the part about lawyers taking advantage of the money on the table. Do we keep the shell and the money in what is left of CBAI other than the assets? I wonder if anybody else here would dispute your analysis.
