I am not worried about dilution, because if it were severely diluted, we would not have seen such a nice run on Friday. It is always the bashers that talk about dilution, even when it is not there because it is such an easy fear to instil, but a difficult claim to disprove for most pinks. ECFL are going to take care of this aspect themselves when they start reporting like an OTC stock in advance of the listing.

What I referred to in my original post was the discrepancy between what the CEO is meant to have said (95 million) and the number listed on the website (220 million).

If the claim were true, one would expect the CEO to know the float.
