Yes. All it would take to move the stock is to remove that stop sign on the OTC PK, or Tweet or post on XNRGI's Facebook page something, anything really.
I haven't seen any posting for filling the position of a financial officer. I emailed Jeffery May last October and he said he was no longer CFO of Neah. For Neah to come out of the dark someone has to do the math professionally. I think they would need a CFO.
