Facts, Utopya did a reverse merger and the shell had some baggage associated with it. This baggage was poked by what we think was a "security lawyer". The company responded promptly and addressed the "B" shares.

After that the TA changed and stayed gagged. I believe the company did this so they can focus on the business plan and not people taking free shots at them.

In all honesty thanks to the rumored "security lawyer", her input helped all the shareholders going forward.
