Further demonstrations of the science are critical at this point. IMO. This could happen any time, any day, any way. Considering what is at stake here we should wonder why academic efforts, publications, other action has not been shown to contradict the science. After years of work if there were fact based contradictions we would know. Instead what we see are results that the science is more or less effective over a range of indications. Sometimes I wonder why that fact in itself has not got more publicity considering decades of no effective treatment or only delays in full onset.

Peeling the onion of CNS disease science should not have taken so long. Not long ago many cancer patients were told they could not be helped, that has changed. When Dr. M. and others/FDA have been able to complete V&V of CNS Cellular homeostasis regen/restore in human trials they should be able to conduct adaptive trials across multiple indications. AVXL will show the body can heal itself. That is the belief that has kept me holding and believing.
