Jeff, I agree that all except GVAX and Bio-t-gel appear to be under the NDA.


As for the selling several BOD members are being replaced. In Tracy Marshbank's case he may be using the funds to put into another company whose BOD he sits on or will be sitting on. Still owns a whack of shares.

As for Przybyl, I don't know, maybe he found another good investment opportunity. He still owns a whack of shares and we saw his potential payments upon termination or change of control. He is set up pretty good.

The others sold minor amounts and some even bought shares.
