The Bpax assets appear to all be under a NDA ?

As we are here today , Bpax Shareholders obtained 47% of ANI stock for roughly 18 Mil in cash !! And then with in 24 months or so ANI Raised 125 Mil in convertible notes ? Just doesn't make sense , now insiders selling signals no investors confidence , maybe the change in control rumor has to do with a merger ?

There has to be a logical reason why insiders are selling in front of earnings no less it's like what else can they poss do to drop PPS !!! And screw their investors , it's beyond frustrating , YOY growth , stellar earnings over and over , significant acquisitions continue to broaden their portfolio , and insiders selling , crazy JMHO
