Any issue with Series-B conversions has been settled. So, let me summarize that for those that missed it, ANDI/UTOP has reduced the Series-B conversions by a factor of 1000. Once again, the company has come through for us common shareholders! Is this what they meant when they said there would be some type of Share Reduction or does it get better? Simply Awesome!
