I interpret it as BRKK couldn't stay in business without winning the lawsuit (thus a deregistration application). But they won. So now a total turning of the tide.
They will get their intellectual property back and their equipment and giant cherry on top settlement $$$. A fantastic comeback story appears to be playing out.
