Well, I guess that will have to do. I sure hope that at some point we get cans or bottles. I need to have some of this in the fridge so I don't have to do a 50 mile round trip for a drink. Actually, there are several places closer. They just haven't got their keg yet, or they are waiting to have an open tap to change to MHBA. That last bit about open taps is really important. With the trainload of different craft beer on the market, if a place will put MHBA into their on tap lineup you've got to believe that they think it is a good choice for their customers. The place Wyatt and I were at yesterday tapped their keg just that morning and the bartender said that they would be out by Sunday.
Their is one thing, cringe-cringe, that Penny is right about. Neither MHBA or Colorado Craft Beer Dist are doing little about promoting their beer. There was a poster behind the bar promoting another craft beer. I asked the bartender if they had been offered any kind of promo material for MHBA and he said no. So there you have my take on yesterday. Last thought - MHBA is a truly fine beer. My son and I really like it. Have a wonderful weekend everybody!
