Chances are that's not the reason why BIEL is not advertising. BIEL could leverage advertising, that wouldn't be a big deal. With the revenue windfall that a serious AD campaign would engender, BIEL could easily handle the expense of advertising. IMO! The "no money to advertise" excuse just doesn't fly. Something else is going on here! There is a strategic reason why this is occurring.

P.S. To ask once more, does anyone know how to get the stock ownership breakdown of BIEL's insiders (i.e., company officials)? That bit of info might give us a clue to what's going on here.
