Most. I know are wonder n why company filed to de register in jan 10 2018. But did n ot get approval. But if Sec does not approve within 90 days of filing very very rare any extensions are give n. Then company is required to submit required filings such as 10k 10 q ect. Within 60 days of denial from Sec. So Imo filings should be out around or b4 60 days from decisions of denial of deregistation. Any comments or opinions will only help IMO
