Walrus, since the last 10k,there was no expense paid to Gelest. So I'm assuming that meant the CHS batches weren't processed at that time. Am I wrong in my assessment? Coretec would have to list that expense in the 10k.I'm sure the SEC would have to mandate that in the 10k. Right? If I'm correct, then the CHS batches haven't been shipped out to the customers. Would a NDA prevent this information from being listed in the 10k? I haven't received a response from my phone call to the CEO. I left him a message asking about the next investors update. At least he knows that investors need a update. I'm very hesitant in buying more shares. I need to know that the CHS batches are in customers hands.
