The MMs. Sell, buy lower.

>> The Market Makers borrow stock or have in-house.
>> Sell
>> Buy back at lower price

Have to realize 98%+ of OTCBB probably never make a profit, shareholders finance their business, salaries and lifestyles, along with having routine dilution to raise capital.

Most have periodic R/S so odds in MMs favor.

Many, if not most, MMs have no idea of the details of stock making market for.

JMO.
