One other point to clarify

As I said I was tired and didn't think it was an issue casue we knew about the 19% thing. We knoew about the probability they were going to extend employee option rights.

I rembember wondering about the cost savings on printing and mailing at the time. However, I also remember sks saying that they would save the costs of a second expensive meeting in Manhattan in a short time, by having it in Lee.

If the options are worthless it doesn't matter...and if the options become valuable....so do our shares. The 90 guys and girls who do the work deserve the rewards. That's why one in four employees at microsoft is a millionaire.
