And you can't expect a smart company to build MONEY LOOSING facilities.

Why has NO MAJOR OIL COMPANY rolled-out CNG dispensers, even though they already have the footprint?????????

Until they can see CNG stations... NO ONE is buying NGV's.

The same reasons why you don't drive an NGV are the same reasons why others don't either.
