SPIN: I can see the possibility that delaying the extension of the option plan was part of the way they avoided the 19.99% threshold for the time being. (Incidentally, as RWK aptly pointed out, the option plan is not just for the executive suite.)

The guys who pulled off the founders' shares caper are involved whether the room is in Manhattan or in Lee. So I ask again, what makes a room in Manhattan less smoky?
