Perfect write up on the subs. I think EBOS has the potential to be the top performing business line for ALPP. If they can execute on the rollout and have a large enough team to successful support a customer base. Small business need an across the board software platform to integrate and gain efficiencies but Oracle and SAP are not going to both with a these minor contracts or cut their prices enough to be affordable solutions. EBOS could dominate the small business market. While it will have much lower margins that Oracles offerings, I think it could provide much needed cash flow stabilization. None of this is factored into estimates and will be gravy if they can deliver.

I think VWES could have a great year. Spending in the oil field is increasing with oil at multi year highs. Companies are willing to sign longer contracts and expand the scope of current contracts. It will be interesting to see how the business executes the next couple quarters.

I like each of the markets ALPP is operating in and look forward to further acquisitions. I am happy they announced the LTTC deal because that’s how I first heard of ALPP. Now it will be a long term holding. I am like you and feel it has the potential to uplist and be a $3.00 - not just a solid 2x or 3x return. I see 30x return and no one is paying attention right now. Share structure is still decent so no reason to reverse split or do any other manipulation other than maybe meet a minimum bid requirement to initially uplist.
